This free training program is to teach teachers, parents, and students the importance of First Aid and CPR and what to do in an event of an emergency. We take them on a step by step practical skills training that empowers them to act. Sessions are fun, interactive and hands-on. All bookings are subject to availability and location

Emergency situations can happen anytime, anywhere, to anyone. Nigeria and Africa, emergency-related deaths are a significant cause of concern, with thousands of people losing their lives every year due to cardiac arrest, stroke, accidents, choking, and other medical emergencies.

Why This Free Training for First Aid and CPR?

Emergency situations can occur anywhere, whether it’s in schools, homes, or public places. The first few minutes after an emergency can make all the difference, and having someone who knows how to respond quickly and effectively can mean the difference between life and death.

By providing first aid and CPR training, communities and schools can equip families, students and staff with the skills and knowledge necessary to respond effectively in emergency situations. This includes knowing how to perform CPR, control bleeding, provide basic first aid, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED).

Studies have shown that immediate CPR can double or even triple a cardiac arrest victim’s chances of survival. However, the majority of people do not receive bystander CPR, mainly due to a lack of knowledge and training. By providing CPR training in schools, we can empower young people with life-saving skills, who can then go on to train their friends and family, creating a ripple effect of preparedness and safety in their communities. Furthermore, first aid and CPR training can reduce the severity of injuries and stabilize the patient until medical help arrives. This can be critical, especially in situations where medical help may be delayed, such as in rural or remote areas.
